Shiva Cement dispatch of cement & clinker down

(India) -- Shiva Cement today announced that the dispatch of cement and clinker during the month Jan`10 was down by 3.8% in comparison to Jan `09 due to temporary drop in production.
 

However, despatches during Apr`09-Jan`10 were up by 39.7% in comparison to same period of previous year.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.13, or 1.58%, to trade at Rs 8.09. The total volume of shares traded was 5,510 at the BSE (9.11 a.m., Monday).
